ForMyKids.ca is operated by Elevatz Marketing Inc. ("we", "us"). We are not a life insurance company. ForMyKids.ca is a referral service: we collect a few details from you and pass them to a licensed insurance partner, Maple Bay Financial Corp, so a licensed advisor can contact you about life insurance. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy laws, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Information you give us: your age, first name, last name and phone number.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the ad or website that referred you, and campaign identifiers such as UTM tags and ad click IDs.
Why we collect it
- To pass your request to Maple Bay Financial Corp so a licensed advisor can contact you with coverage options and pricing.
- To measure and improve this website and our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Maple Bay Financial Corp, the licensed insurance agency that will contact you. Once Maple Bay receives your information, their own privacy policy also applies.
- Service providers that help us run this website, such as hosting, ad tracking (ClickMagick and Google Ads). They may only use it to provide services to us.
- Authorities, when required or permitted by law.
